Tilaus- ja peruutusehdot

Opastuspalveluiden hintaan sisältyy alv 24%, retken suunnittelu ja toteutus, opastus ja oppaan palvelut koko retken ajan. Erikseen sovittaessa hintaan sisältyy myös mahdollisten kohdevierailujen ja ruokailujen järjestäminen. 

Opastukset laskutetaan jälkikäteen, maksuaika 14 päivä netto.

Suosin verkkolaskutusta. Laskutuslisä paperilaskuille on EUR 5,00 / lasku.  Maksumuistutuksista sekä puhelinperinnästä perimme EUR 5,00 / muistutus. Mahdolliset perintäyhtiön kulut laskutetaan asiakkaalta jälkikäteen.

Vahvistetun ohjelman ja henkilömäärän voi muuttaa veloituksetta 14 vrk ennen retkeä tai opastusta. Jos vahvistettu retki peruutetaan ennen 14 vrk, perimme EUR 20,00 toimistokuluja. Mikäli peruutus tai muutos tehdään 7-13 vrk ennen retkeä, veloitetaan 50 % ohjelman hinnasta. Alle 7 vrk tehdyistä peruutuksista ja muutoksista veloitetaan peruutuskuluina koko ohjelman hinta. 

Virve Haahti the Guidella on oikeus perua varaus, mikäli kyseessä on ylivoimainen este,  esim sairastuminen. Tällöin ennakkoon maksettu summa palautetaan asiakkaalle kokonaisuudessaan.

Pidätän oikeuden muutoksiin sekä yhteistyökumppanien peruutusehtoihin.

Terms of Order and Cancellation 

The guide service prices include VAT 24%,  planning and guiding of the tour, tour guide services during the tour. Additonally the price includes also bookings and reservations for destination visits and meals. 

Tours are invoiced after the confirmed tour. Time of payment is 14 days net. 

Online invoicing is preferred. Invoicing fee for mailed invoices is EUR 5,00 / invoice. We are charging EUR 5,00 / reminder by telephone, by e-mail or by mail. Additional collection costs of collection office will be charged afterwords.

Changes can be done without charges 14 days before the confirmed tour.  If the confirmed tour is cancelled 14 days before the tour, EUR 20,00 is charged as office costs. If the cancellation or changes are done 7 - 13 days before tour, 50% of the price of programme will be charged. If the cancellation or changes are done less than 7 days, 100 % of the programme price will be charged. 

Virve Haahti the Guide has right to cancel the tour, e.g in case of illness. The amount paid in advance, will be refunded.
